As part of the European Heritage Days 2025, an exceptional apartment on Konečného Square was opened to the public for the very first time. It is a uniquely preserved interior dating from 1915–1929, still privately owned by the descendants of the prominent Brno builder Franz Pawlu. The apartment, once home to his daughter Marie and her husband, the lawyer Jaroslav Lorek, stands out for its authenticity, generous scale, and the quality of its historic furnishings.
